10:00 to 10:30 am - Parade around the neighborhood ending at Penn Wynne Park (leashed pets allowed)
10:30 - 1:00 pm - Carnival at Penn Wynne Park - 10:30 am to 1:00 pm - with Community Service Recognition Award (NO PETS ALLOWED)
