Penn Wynne-Overbrook Hills Firehouse - Pick up wristbands at 9:45 from the Registration and Check-In table. 10:00 to 10:30 am - Parade around the neighborhood ending at Penn Wynne Park (leashed pets allowed) Penn Wynne Park - 10:30 am to 1:00 pm - Community Service Recognition Award and Carnival (NO PETS ALLOWED)
