Calling all Bakers!

The Dessert Festival is the PWCA version of a Welcome Wagon. It is neighbors bringing sweet treats to share with neighbors. Feel free to be creative. Cake, cookies, bars, cupcakes, muffins, tarts, and squares are preferable since they can be held in a napkin.
