Mark your calendars for a special PWCA July 4th celebration!  While our annual parade and carnival are unable to occur this year, there will instead be a "car parade" throughout the neighborhood to commemorate Independence Day.  Community members are invited to safely participate by driving in patriotically decorated vehicles or watching along the parade route, which you can find below:

Staging for the car parade will begin at 9:30 a.m. and the actual parade will occur from approximately 10:00 - 10:30 a.m.   Please e-mail admin@pwcivic.org if you are interested in driving in the parade!  For those watching the parade outside their homes, please wear facial coverings and practice social distancing as appropriate.
